Soteria Consulting Services (SCS) is a construction consultancy that helps contractors, subcontractors, project owners and developers deliver projects and protect their commercial position. We prepare and defend construction claims — extension of time, delay and disruption, prolongation and quantum — and we run project controls, commercial management, project management and construction supervision on live projects.
Soteria began operating in the Middle East in Doha in 2017 and contributed to projects delivered for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. Today the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is the centre of our regional practice: Saudi Soteria Consulting Services, our Riyadh subsidiary, is engaged on mega projects including the AlUla RCU Headquarters Offices and Business Park, Qiddiya Resort Core District Packages 3 and 4, and the Seven Medina Project. We also serve clients in the United Arab Emirates, Oman and Türkiye, and our infrastructure asset management practice originates in New Zealand.
