Soteria’s engineering services bring design and digital engineering under the same commercial control as our project management and project controls practice, so design decisions are tested against cost and programme before they reach site.
These services are delivered through a long-standing collaboration with three specialist practices in architecture and design, digital engineering, and BIM production. Soteria scopes, commercially controls and remains the single point of accountability on every appointment; the client instructs Soteria alone.
